Job Title: Continental Chef

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Menu Execution: Work exclusively on the assigned menu, ensuring the authentic taste and presentation of Continental dishes.  

Kitchen Operations: Manage daily kitchen prep and service, ensuring all hygiene standards are met.  

Inventory Management: Monitor raw material stocks, manage food costs, and coordinate with local vendors for daily procurement.  

Team Coordination: Lead the kitchen team (Kitchen helpers), assigning tasks to ensure smooth service.
