Job Description
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction or project sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to specifications. They coordinate workers, manage resources, and maintain quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workforce
- Ensure work is carried out according to plans, drawings, and specifications
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers
- Inspect work progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site
- Prepare daily reports on site progress, labor, and issues
- Resolve on-site problems and emergencies efficiently
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Schedule tasks and allocate responsibilities to workers
