Job Description
Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain accurate records for our Hotel and PG business accounts. The candidate will be responsible for entering financial data, maintaining guest records, updating payment details, and supporting daily administrative tasks.
- Key Responsibilities:Enter and maintain daily financial transactions related to hotel and PG operations.
- Record guest bookings, rent payments, deposits, and expenses in the system.
- Maintain accurate accounts data including income, expenses, and billing records.
- Update and manage guest information and occupancy records.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct any errors.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports of payments and expenses.
- Maintain digital and physical records of invoices, receipts, and bills.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment tracking and reconciliation.
Ensure data confidentiality and secure record keeping.
