Responsibilities:

An SAP FICO job involves analyzing business requirements and configuring the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet them, covering aspects like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Profit Centre Accounting. Key duties include requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, providing user support and training, and ensuring integration with other SAP modules. The ideal candidate possesses a strong accounting and business background, deep FICO expertise, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities · Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand current business processes and financial requirements, then document these for the SAP FICO solution. · System Design and Configuration: Analyze gaps between business needs and SAP functionalities, and then configure the SAP FICO module (FI, CO, and related components) to bridge those gaps. · Functional Expertise: Provide deep functional knowledge in areas such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, and Profit Centre Accounting (CO-PA). · Testing and Support: Perform functional and integration testing to ensure the system's integrity, provide ongoing technical support, and troubleshoot issues. · Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain technical documentation and user training materials.
