Individual Loan Officer - Retail MFB - RIL - Sales - Chandausi - Krishna Nagar - J Grades
- Responsible for managing individual loan portfolios in the retail microfinance sector. - Engage with customers to assess loan eligibility and provide financial solutions. - Drive sales targets and contribute to business growth in assigned locations. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal. - Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. - Work closely with clients in Noida, Chandausi, and Krishna Nagar regions. - Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to build customer trust. - Role involves field interaction and customer engagement to promote loan products. - Candidate should be adaptable to dynamic sales environments and targets. - Focus on retail microfinance lending within the sales department framework.Job role
