RECRUITERS / MOBILIZERS

Job Description

We are seeking proactive and energetic Recruiters / Mobilizers for the frontline workforce recruitment in various industries. Your role is to specifically focus on sourcing blue-collar workforce for our clients in the security, manufacturing, automobile and hospital sectors across the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities

• Grassroots Sourcing: Connect with local villages, school administrators, and college placement cells to identify potential candidates to create a continuous talent pool.

• Field Campaigns: Organize and lead recruitment activities, including village-level meetings, targeted poaching, and distribution of recruitment materials to mobilize and onboard required numbers.

• Blue-Collar Recruitment: Identify and engage candidates for various technical and non-technical roles (ITI trades, 8th/10th/12th pass).

• Pre-Screening: Conduct initial assessments to ensure candidates meet the physical and educational criteria set by clients.

• Documentation Support: Guide candidates through the onboarding paperwork, ensuring all identity and qualification documents are collected.

• Network Building: Develop long-term relationships with local community leaders and influencers to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.

• Develop New Recruitment Sources: Explore and identify new avenues of sourcing and hiring to supplement the recruitment efforts.

Required Candidate Profile

• Field Experience: Minimum 1 year in mass mobilization, recruitment and onboarding of frontline workforce.

• Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with rural and semi-urban areas of NCR that can be developed as talent sourcing hubs.

• Communication: Ability to build rapport with rural communities and clearly explain job benefits.

• Mobility: Preferably own a vehicle/two-wheeler with a valid driving license for ease of local travel.

• Tech-Knowledge: Basic knowledge of working with data on mobile apps and computers.
