Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle outbound sales
interactions for Daksh Hotels & Resorts. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with
potential customers, promoting hospitality services, and driving bookings through effective
communication.
Handle outbound calls to convert leads into confirmed bookings
∙Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hotel/resort packages
∙Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction
∙Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
∙Accurately update CRM systems with call outcomes and customer details
∙Adhere to defined scripts and brand communication guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
∙Minimum 6 months of prior experience in sales (mandatory)
∙Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
∙Strong communication and convincing skills
∙Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
