Job Description
About the Role: Identify and qualify business leads from government e-procurement and B2B portals to support our business development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Search & shortlist leads on GeM, CPPP, GePNIC, eProcure, etc
- Maintain and update leads database daily
- Coordinate with the BD team to hand off qualified leads
- Track conversion metrics and prepare weekly reports
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or business development
- Knowledge of B2B and government e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, GePNIC, eProcure)
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Self-driven with strong research ability
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
