Social media Marketing Specialist
About Us
Sitabience IP is a fast-growing patent drafting and intellectual property services firm serving global clients, and leading universities. We are building India's most respected IP brand with ambitions to expand into the US market. We need a sharp, digitally savvy LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to help us get there.
Key Responsibilities
Authority Building and Thought Leadership
• Position our founder and firm as recognized voices in the IP and patent industry
• Develop and execute a content calendar featuring insights, case studies, and industry
commentary
• Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, articles, and carousels that establish credibility with decision-
makers
Lead Generation and Outreach
• Identify and connect with target audiences
• Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator and automation tools (while
staying compliant with platform policies)
• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads for our patent drafting and IP consulting
services
Paid Campaigns and Analytics
• Plan and manage LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, InMail, Lead Gen Forms) with clear
ROI targets
• Track KPIs (impressions, engagement, CTR, CPL, conversions) and report weekly with
actionable insights
• A/B test creatives, audiences, and messaging to continuously improve performance
Brand and Image Building
• Maintain a consistent, professional brand voice across all LinkedIn touchpoints
• Create and curate visual content (graphics, short videos, infographics) that stands out in
the feed
• Grow our company page following and engagement organically
Networking and Relationship Management
• Expand professional networks and manage relationships with prospects
• Use Sales Navigator to identify and reach decision-makers in target industries
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of hands-on LinkedIn marketing experience, preferably in B2B or professional services
• Proven track record of building personal brands or company authority on LinkedIn
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude AI, Canva AI, scheduling tools) to boost productivity
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven mindset: you measure what matters and optimize relentlessly
• Familiar with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sales Navigator, and CRM basics
• Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Nice to Have
• Experience marketing for legal, IP, or professional services firms
• Understanding of the startup and university ecosystem in India
• Basic video editing or graphic design skills
