- Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming and outgoing materials (including vegetarian and non-vegetarian raw materials).
- Handle and store veg and non-veg items as per hygiene and food safety standards.
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Invoices (PI) in the system.
- Work on SAP / ERP software for stock entries, GRN creation, material issuance, and report generation.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure real-time inventory updates in the system.
- Monitor and manage overall stock management and inventory control.
- Follow FIFO / FEFO practices strictly.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments for material reconciliation.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for chilled, frozen, dry, veg, and non-veg materials.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with food safety and company SOPs.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum Graduate (preferred in Commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics).
- 2–4 years of experience in store or warehouse operations (Food Industry preferred).
- Hands-on experience in SAP / ERP systems.
- Knowledge of PO, PI, GRN, stock reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control.
- Comfortable handling non-vegetarian food materials.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good coordination and documentation skills.
