The opportunity

Join Adobe as a senior analytics professional to own and evolve web and journey analytics for Adobe’s Experience League platform, a core post‑sales learning and growth surface supporting millions of users and 40K+ content assets. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end analytics implementation and governance across Experience League web surfaces. This includes ownership of Adobe Analytics, Data Collection (Launch), WebSDK, and migration to Adobe Experience Platform / Customer Journey Analytics to enable cross‑property, AI‑ready insights. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics groups to set up tracking for new platform features. You will ensure measurement is scalable and consistent. You will also help deliver faster, proactive insights to platform and content owners. Required experience includes 6–10+ years in digital analytics or data implementation, deep hands‑on expertise with Adobe Analytics and AEP‑aligned tooling like Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, strong understanding of web and journey data models, and the ability to operate as a long‑term owner in a complex, cross‑functional platform environment. Key responsibilities:

• Own implementation and ongoing improvements across all Experience League platform web analytics.
• Govern analytics coverage across 5 major customer-facing surfaces
• Lead analytics implementation for new learning platform capabilities
• Own Adobe Analytics, Data Collection (formerly Launch), and WebSDK implementations for the learning platform.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and PDH analytics teams to ensure scalable, consistent measurement and cross-property reporting.
