Retail or direct to customer through our branded stores, hypermarkets & super-markets & ecommerce websites. 2. HORECA - Hotels, Restaurants/Cafes, Canteens 3. Institutional sales – Gifting, Party orders etc We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of sales experience in the food industry. He / She will be leading all our business development initiatives. He / She will report directly to the Director and will be working closely with the management team. The person selected will have the following job responsibilities. 1. Put together a Go-To-Market Strategy. 2. Identify business opportunities and set monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. 3. Put together an action plan for achieving sales targets and execute the approved action plan in a timely manner. 4. Responsible for timely delivery of orders, handling customer enquiries and grievances 5. Responsible for customer satisfaction at every point of contact 6. Responsible for timely collections 7. Proper coordination with marketing and production team to ensure smooth operation of business Reportees: At present, this position will not have any reportees. Reportees will be appointed as per demands of the business. Requirements: Education: Minimum graduate Should have at least 3-4 years of sales experience. Should be adept in closing business deals. Should be good at planning and organizing. Pleasing personality and good communication skills. Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Hindi. Should be proficient in MS Office. Should be self-motivated, resourceful, proactive and result-oriented Should be a team player and should be ready to take ownership for one’s work
