Pharmacy Sales Associate

Job Summary:

The Pharma Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, medical stores, and healthcare professionals. The role involves developing relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective product promotion within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and medical institutions.

Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.

Conduct regular visits to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies to build strong professional relationships.

Explain the benefits, usage, and dosage of products to clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain records of daily calls, sales, and client feedback.

Organize product presentations, promotional campaigns, and participation in medical conferences.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest improvement strategies.

Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or any related field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Good product knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
