Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks including purchase, sales, receipts, GST filings, and outstanding tracking. The ideal candidate must have strong working knowledge of Tally software and MS Excel, with hands-on experience in managing inward/outward transactions and GST compliance.

• Key Responsibilities: Maintain and record inward and outward entries for materials and goods.
• Manage purchase and sales entries in Tally software.
• Record and reconcile receipt and payment transactions.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments (payables & receivables).
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct monthly GST reconciliations and handle GST-related queries.
• Generate reports for management including sales, purchase, outstanding, etc. using Excel.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and auditors for financial documentation.
• Key Skills Required:Tally ERP / Prime Software proficiency
• MS Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas
• GST Filing & Return Knowledge
• Knowledge of inward/outward stock entries
• Purchase & Sales Entry expertise
• Understanding of Receipts & Outstanding tracking
• Accuracy and attention to detail
