Job Description
Job Title: Recruiter – Warehouse Hiring (Picker/Packer)
Company: BigBasket (A Tata Enterprise)
Job Responsibilities:-
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, field recruitment, employee referrals, social media, and local hiring drives.
- Conduct bulk hiring drives for warehouse roles including Picker & Packer associates.
- Perform initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers (Excel/ATS).
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
- Key Requirements:Experience in bulk hiring, especially for blue-collar roles (Picker/Packer, Warehouse Associates, Delivery Executives, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of field recruitment and sourcing strategies
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight timelines
- Qualification:Graduation (Full-time) – Mandatory
