We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation systems for industrial processes.
You will be responsible for programming PLCs, configuring HMIs/SCADA, testing systems, and supporting installation and commissioning at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and debug PLC programs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Delta, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider, etc.)
- Design HMI/SCADA interfaces (WinCC, iFIX, Intouch, Wonderware, FactoryTalk, etc.)
- Integrate and test VFDs, servo systems, sensors, and field devices.
- Perform system testing, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
- Prepare electrical drawings, logic documentation, and BOMs.
- Troubleshoot automation systems during production and commissioning.
- Coordinate with the design, electrical, and mechanical teams.
- Ensure project completion within deadlines and quality standards.
Required Skills
Expertise in PLC programming (ladder logic, structured text, function block, etc.)
- Experience with SCADA / HMI development
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, CANopen, etc.)
- Hands-on with VFDs, relays, analog & digital IOs
- Understanding of control panel design & wiring diagrams
- Good analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to travel for on-site commissioning (as required)
