PLC Programmer

Need candidates who can join in 2 to 3 days

We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation systems for industrial processes.

You will be responsible for programming PLCs, configuring HMIs/SCADA, testing systems, and supporting installation and commissioning at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and debug PLC programs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Delta, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider, etc.)
• Design HMI/SCADA interfaces (WinCC, iFIX, Intouch, Wonderware, FactoryTalk, etc.)
• Integrate and test VFDs, servo systems, sensors, and field devices.
• Perform system testing, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
• Prepare electrical drawings, logic documentation, and BOMs.
• Troubleshoot automation systems during production and commissioning.
• Coordinate with the design, electrical, and mechanical teams.
• Ensure project completion within deadlines and quality standards.

Required Skills

Expertise in PLC programming (ladder logic, structured text, function block, etc.)

• Experience with SCADA / HMI development
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, CANopen, etc.)
• Hands-on with VFDs, relays, analog & digital IOs
• Understanding of control panel design & wiring diagrams
• Good analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to travel for on-site commissioning (as required)
