A Recruitment Manager oversees the entire talent acquisition process, developing hiring strategies, managing recruitment teams, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract top talent. Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sourcing strategies, define selection criteria, and align hiring efforts with company goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and coordinators.
- Process Management: Oversee the full hiring lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates, building long-term relationships and enhancing the company's employer brand.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (KPIs) like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar role.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with candidates and internal hiring managers.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
