Job Description
Maintain daily accounting records and update financial data.
Handle bookkeeping, invoices, billing, and expense tracking.
Monitor payments, receivables, and follow up on outstanding dues.
Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
Prepare financial reports using accounting software.
Support marketing and promotional activities.
Communicate with customers and clients regarding products/services.
Generate new business leads and maintain customer relationships.
Visit clients or market areas if required.
Assist in preparing marketing materials and reports.
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Excel, or similar tools).
Good communication and organizational skills
