Responsibilities Maintaining Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Petty cash etc. ledgers and other books of accounts to support the company’s activities. Maintaining inventories of multiple SKUs through the purchase and sales cycles across multiple locations. Be responsible for all Govt. Taxes - Income Tax, GST, TDS, Customs duty etc. for the company. Make sure all returns and fees are paid on time. Summarise current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Closely track, update and monitor Follow up with customers for timely payments against sales. Ensure all payments to vendors are made in a systematic and timely manner. Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines. Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information relevant to the company. Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes. Assist with and act as the primary point-of-contact for auditor requests. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Assist in the financial planning of the company to help achieve the company's goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience. Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, as well as other Microsoft Office/Google suite applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong experience in handling Inventory of multiple SKUs across multiple locations. Experience with accounting software - Zoho Books. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organisation. Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation. Highly detail-oriented. Working Hours Monday to Friday - 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Saturdays - 9:30 am - 1:30 pm - Half day Sunday - Weekly off Office Location Shivajinagar, Pune Office Salary ₹23,000 - 27,000/ month
