Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our Real Estate Development Company. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining customer payment records, and supporting financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Receipts, Payments, Expenses)
• Update customer payment records and maintain plot-wise accounts
• Prepare customer statements and outstanding reports
• Assist in bank reconciliation and cash handling
• Prepare basic MIS reports for management
• Maintain proper documentation for vouchers, receipts, and agreements
• Coordinate with sales and admin teams for payment follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in B.Com / BBA / Finance (or equivalent)

• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel:

• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables
• IF, SUM, SUMIFS
• Basic MIS Reporting

• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Willingness to learn accounting software (Tally / ERP)
• Good communication and computer skills

• Candidates with internship or practical accounting experience are preferred
• Experience or interest in Real Estate Accounting will be an added advantage
