Role: Associate PM - Windchill PLM
Experience: 8-10 years
Location: Mumbai, Pune, Noida, Bangalore, Chennai

Responsibilities:
•    Project Management in the area of PLM (Windchill) technology
•    Manage multiple projects end to end
•    Responsible for the administration activities of the team for project setup, resource identification and allocation, timesheets, invoicing and communication with the customer
•    Work on delivery margins, and reports to Delivery Manager
•    Client facing, relationship management, account management on projects entirely offshore and coordination with corresponding sales partners
•    Planning and tracking of the tasks for team of size of 5+
•    Creation of Proposals, project offers / sub project offers
•    Responsible for Quality, Cost and Delivery of the projects and services committed to the customer

Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
•    8-10 years of experience in handling PLM Projects with engineering background
•    At least 2-3 yrs in project management roles with customer interfacing/handling team
•    Should possess strong process management, project management, configuration management and team handling skills
•    Attention to detail and thoroughness are preferred
•    Should be aware of CMMI and ISO standards
•    Should be willing to provide hands on guidance and mentor the project teams
•    Good Communication and Interpersonal skills are a must.
