1. Thorough in technical assessment & key engineering deliverables of the process- Process mapping for vehicle Sheet Metal Parts like Pedals, Air Tanks, BIW Parts, Brackets etc.    2. Understanding of FTG Requirements and their appropriate deployment  3. Commercial acumen : Cost estimation of the process, FTG involved & Packaging to accurately estimate CAPEX requirements 4. Hands on experience of SAP MM Module  5. MS Office Knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  6. Project Management skills –      • To support the pricing cell in selection of vendor as per policy      • Ensure on-time closure of RFQ, QS, VOB, TKO ,etc.        •  Drive all the development initiatives/Projects at various stages involving all stake holders and deliver the 
them to meet project gateway timelines      • Project review presentations on status updates, identify risks at early stage & prudently act to mitigate the same      • Product development improvements through early supplier involvement.       • Conduct PTR audit at supplier 7. Inter-personal skills to Manage internal & external stake holders 8. Develop and deploy processes and tools to ensure, monitor and manage the component development at supplier end.  9. Ensure material availability to meet production requirements –MM Function  10. Active drive on Intergrated Materials Cost Reduction Initiatives
