Clinical Psychologist (Rehabilitation Coordinator)
Organization: Epicare Neuro Rehabilitation Center
Location: Pune
Type: Full-Time (10 AM – 5 PM)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist who will play a dual role:
Therapist + Rehabilitation Coordinator
You will be responsible for:
- Behavioral and cognitive interventions
- Parent counseling
- Coordinating multidisciplinary therapy plans
Key Responsibilities - Clinical Work
- Conduct psychological and behavioral assessments
- Deliver:
- Behavioral therapy
- Cognitive training
- Attention and executive function training
Parent & Family Counseling
- Educate parents about child’s condition
- Guide behavior management strategies
- Conduct structured parent training sessions
Rehabilitation Coordination (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Develop individualized therapy plans
- Coordinate with:
- Occupational Therapist
- Speech Therapist
- Dietician
- Conduct:
- Monthly progress reviews
- Goal tracking
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain:
- Assessment reports
- Goal sheets
- Progress notes
Qualifications
- M.A / M.Phil in Clinical Psychology
- RCI registration preferred (not mandatory for fresher with good skills)
Experience
- Fresher / 0–3 years experience welcome
- Prior experience in:
- Pediatric rehab
- Autism / ADHD
