AWS Solution Architect Job Brief We are looking for an outstanding Cloud Engineer with AWS experience to augment our DevOps team. He will be an integral part of a team that will deliver the next generation cloud-based SaaS platform for Easy Pay. He will work directly with other team members to identify and build solutions that improve the developer experience and enhance autonomy with the goal of streamlining the movement of applications to the cloud. Responsibilities ● Ensure the infrastructure is configured and distributed correctly to meet stability and performance objectives. ● Ensure high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission-critical IT Infrastructure services. ● Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure environment by monitoring performance, configuration, maintenance and repair. Apply revisions and updates as appropriate. ● Manage crisis situations and work under pressure to resolve problems. ● Produce clear technical documentation and diagrams. ● Provide 3rd level technical support. Perform troubleshooting as required. ● Work with team members, equipment vendors and consultants to install, repair or reconfigure IT Infrastructure components. ● Develop sound understanding of IT operations and related applications, IT systems, and business-related processes and procedures. ● Stay current with technological developments in systems administration technology and recommend ways to take advantage of new technology. ● Provide periodic after-hours on-call support and respond to system failures. Technical Requirements ● Implementing Best Practices standards in the cloud infrastructure according to industry requirement. ● Experience in setting up Virtual Private cloud with best practices. ● Strong cloud experience with AWS and other cloud as per requirement. ● Experience in AWS Tools and Management Services ● Experience with Unix/Linux/ Windows operating systems internals and administration (e.g., filesystems, inodes, system calls) or networking (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, network topologies and hardware, SDN). ● Familiarity with standard IT security practices such as encryption, certificates and key management. ● Must have significant expertise in designing, building and automating highly reliable and scalable cloud solutions that use AWS (or Azure, Google equivalent) services such as: EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, ECS, Fargate. ● Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CloudFormation or Terraform) ● Validated experience with building DevOps CI/CD pipeline ● Expertise in building DevOps tools for containerization Docker and scripting languages such as Python, Bash etc ● Knowledge of version control tools (Git & SVN) ● Fluent in AWS CLI Qualifications: ● Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) ● 2+ years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud
