What will you do?

You will be a part of IP Legal team based at Pune, India and support implementation and optimization of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes. This includes working closely with legal, IT, and business teams to configure CLM tools (preferably iCertis), design workflows, develop SOPs, and drive adoption through training and process improvements.

How will you do it?

At the direction of legal team

• Support configuration and enhancement of CLM functionality in collaboration with Legal and IT stakeholders.
• Translate legal and business requirements into scalable workflows and SOPs and drive process improvements.
• Design and deliver training programs to support CLM adoption.
• Monitor system usage and identify areas for improvement.
• Leverage AI features within CLM tools to improve contract analysis and compliance.
• Support integration with platforms like Ariba, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
• Ensure alignment with global CLM strategy and compliance standards.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Upload executed contracts into the CLM system.
• Enter and validate contract metadata based on defined capture criteria.
• Review and Maintain contract records and ensure data accuracy.
• Support reporting and dashboard generation.
• Coordinate with legal and business teams to resolve data discrepancies.

What we look for?

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, or IT-related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in CLM implementation or legal operations.
• Hands-on experience with Icertis or similar CLM platforms.
• Strong understanding of contract processes and enterprise systems.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including legal and IT.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in contract management.
