Responsibilities: • Manage customer Pre-order, Post-Order, and Advice related concerns on a range of customer support channels (WhatsApp/Instagram/e-mails/Calls) • Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call/Escalate/Follow up with customer were necessary. • Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company. • Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input. • Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated. • Strong problem-solving abilities along with Strong multitasking and time management/Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Provide comprehensive and accurate information on product features, order status, and provide post-sales handholding • Address customer complaints with empathy and provide quick and effective resolution as per company policies.
