Responsibilities of candidates includes Switching “ON & OFF” of all the required lighting & power as per schedule time. Monitoring & logging electrical parameters of all required area. Rectification of all Electrical related complaints failure & break down. Rectification of all lighting complaints (Before 11am) Operating of Mall music of all floors & checking. Checking handover book Preventive maintenance as per schedule of electrical panels, distribution boards, (Only in night shift) Emergency lighting source (UPS, Inverter, Diesel Generator) performance checking (Every day morning) Switching OFF light at 1am which are not required (Only in night shift) Clear all major complaints of the day which is not possible in day time & pending complaints. (Only in night shift) Power factor maintaining manually according to the load (24x7 monitoring) Checking of cable lead heating on no load & on load (Only in night shift) Events & promotions load balancing & controlling. Emergency lights of all stair case & fire exit & surrounding of premises checking. (Only in night shift) All signage’s of building ON time inside & outside according to the operating schedule Taking round of LT, TR & TR & Another emergency area.
