• Responsible to Oversee, manage and direct all maintenance procedures and operations. • Ensure all machinery is up to working standards • Manage and assess current maintenance work processes, to optimize efficiency. • Responsible to analyze the data to help prepare for and prevent future problems. • Create, implement systems and measures to proactively minimize breakdowns, repairs and oversee the repairs. • Responsible for troubleshooting problem areas and create a clear plan of action for fixing necessary parts. • Record and track daily progress/error reports. • Responsible for workers safety with respect to the machines. • Ensure spares and necessary equipment in stock for maintenance activities • Responsible to attend any other specific task assigned by the company on an ongoing basis. • Align and calibrate machine parts • Follow safety rules and regulations • Maintain a safe and clean work environment • Understands the pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics • Should have problem-solving and organizational skills • Able to handle preventive maintenance to mechanical devices Align and calibrate machine parts
