Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying potential clients through market research, cold calling, and door-to-door visits within your assigned territory.
- Direct Selling: Visiting prospects at their homes or workplaces to conduct live product demonstrations and explain benefits.
- Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs set by management.
- Relationship Management: Building rapport with new customers and maintaining positive connections with existing ones to encourage repeat business.
Essential Skills for Freshers
- Communication: Strong verbal skills in regional languages are critical for effective pitching.
- Resilience: The ability to handle frequent rejections and stay motivated in a high-pressure environment.
- Time Management: Planning efficient travel routes and prioritising high-potential leads to maximize daily visits.
- Negotiation: Learning to handle objections and close deals by highlighting the product's value proposition.
- Basic IT Savvy: Familiarity with mobile apps, Google Maps, and CRM tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: 10+2
- Mobility: A valid driver's license and ownership of a two-wheeler.
- Attitude: Pleasant personality, high energy levels, and a "go-getter" mindset.
