Job Description

• Handling clients footfall in centre • Making Clients Happy and getting 5 Star ratings in Google/ Social channels for every OUTGOING Client after any procedure or consultation • Billing and Documentation for the procedural in ERP and reports to HO • Co-ordination with client & answering incoming call Daily inflow and outflow report • Highly skilled in greeting visitors and directing them to the right person or department • Hands-on experience in giving information to visitors and answering their questions • Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with phone and email inquiries Able to maintain an organized reception/FD area • Comprehensive knowledge of organizing reading material in the waiting area • Greeting, assisting and directing guests, workers, visitors and the general public • Providing office support services so as to ensure efficiency • Handling Centre Admin duties related to operations in absence of Centre Admin • Wearing Western Formals only • Should be well groomed Job Location - Bangalore/ Delhi/ Hyderabad
