Responsibilities of candidates include: •Strong skill Employee Attendance with follow up and Leave Management, liasioning with employees for queries. Closely working with other teams like finance & accounts, compliance for invoicing, payables & receivables tracking, and monitoring Preferable if the candidate has handled HR compliance-related activities like PF, ESIC in the past role. Providing assistance for preparing official communication, Vendor management, or Communications related activities with external agencies from time-to-time • Manage Hr Work Like Salary, Leaves, Pf, Bonuses Etc.
