We are hiring an HR manager for Pan India Operations who is energetic, quick, and technically equipped to perform in any condition resulting in an experience that creates brand loyalty. On a daily basis, you will be interacting with office employees, future candidates, and our external customers. The job requires a personality who is quick on identifying potential future candidates for various departments and versatile in communication from the top to the bottom staff in Hindi & English both. Gather requirements from various departments about recruitments and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews. Coordinate technical interviews when required. Process salaries, wages, advances, contract labour payments along with all statutory compliances. Record attendance. Monitor and analyze roles-responsibilities tracker for each employee and carry out employee performance ratings for deciding appraisals. Providing training to staff and workers required for their job profile along with assignments and ratings. Prepare skill matrix, competency mapping, annual training plan, and coordinate training. Handling employee grievances and maintaining cordial employee relations. Executing legal actions as and when required. Liasoning with government authorities. Leading employee engagement activity. Facilitate the employee & ensure all capital goods are being well maintained. Smoothly carry out exit formalities. Look after ISO audit and statutory compliances. Reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual returns. Key qualifications and work experience: Basic understanding of technical parameters of lighting and LED basic concepts. Hands-on ticketing software such as Jira for creating a day to day HR and admin tasks. Update the same on a regular basis so as to show the progress on tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working under high pressure and in a dynamic environment. Develop new relationships in an effort to grow the HR team and help build brand loyalty.
