Office Time: 9.00 Am to 6.00 Pm

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)

About the Internship:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as HR Recruiter / Telecaller Interns. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Assist in scheduling interviews and onboarding processes
• Handle telecalling activities for recruitment and follow-ups
• Required SkillsGood verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
