You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective Lead Generation Specialist must be an excellent communicator and have good negotiation skills. They must be comfortable to customers over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. Role and Responsibilities · Generate qualified leads and send to Business Development team · Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards · Enter and update customer information in the database. · Maintain an accurate log of activity · Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation. · Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Qualifications and Education Requirements · Minimum Qualification – HSC/Any Graduate Preferred Skills Languages Known – English (Compulsory) Well Versed Knowledge of MS Office. (Preferred).
