• Identify Vendors across the country for various requirements related to marketing • Invite quotations for the requirement or given scope of work • Negotiate and shortlist the most competitive Vendors • Complete formalities for Vendor empanelment • Seek budget approvals for the procurement • Issue Purchase Order as per the approval • Negotiate procurement terms and conditions • Maintain MIS and documents of purchase orders • Coordinate with Vendors for order execution, quality, dispatch and maintain MIS • Coordinate with various stake-holders for their requirements • Follow up with Vendors for timely invoice submission to accounts • Submit provision to accounts team for the orders placed • Follow up with accounts for timely payment to Vendors • Monitor marketing and business promotions budget • Proofreading and coordinating for translation of various docs • Coordination with Admin and branding team for branch branding • Any other assignments that may come up time to time Requirement (Experience / Skill / Qualification / Industry background etc.) • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field • 2+ years’ experience in marketing • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines • Ability to work cross-functionally • Creative thinker and problem solver • Exceptional verbal and report presentation abilities • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power Point/Word
