Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to handle residential and commercial property sales. The candidate will be responsible for lead handling, site visits, client coordination, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads provided by the company
- Explain property details to clients (projects, pricing, location, amenities)
- Arrange and conduct site visits with clients
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
- Negotiate deals and close sales
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking process
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Update daily sales reports
