Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing
• Meet clients to understand buying/selling needs
• Show properties to prospective buyers
• Conduct market research and property comparisons
• Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers
• Prepare and manage property documentation
• Coordinate with banks, lawyers, and other stakeholders
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of local real estate market

• Basic understanding of contracts and legal procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Real estate license (if required in your country/state)
• Prior sales experience (preferred but not always required)
