Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing
- Meet clients to understand buying/selling needs
- Show properties to prospective buyers
- Conduct market research and property comparisons
- Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers
- Prepare and manage property documentation
- Coordinate with banks, lawyers, and other stakeholders
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales and persuasion ability
- Knowledge of local real estate market
- Customer service orientation
- Basic understanding of contracts and legal procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Real estate license (if required in your country/state)
- Prior sales experience (preferred but not always required)
