Retail Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff performance, maintain store presentation, and ensure smooth online & offline sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for sales growth, customer satisfaction, stock control, and cash management.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Daily Store Operations

• Manage complete day-to-day store activities.
• Ensure store opens and closes on time.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and smooth workflow.
• Monitor customer service standards and store environment.

• 2. Staff Management

• Supervise sales staff and assign daily duties.
• Train staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Maintain staff attendance and performance tracking.
• Motivate team to achieve daily & monthly sales targets.
• Resolve staff issues and maintain positive work culture.

• 3. Store Display & Visual Merchandising

• Maintain attractive product display as per latest trends.
• Ensure mannequins, racks, and featured collections are properly arranged.
• Update display regularly to promote new arrivals & bestsellers.
• Maintain brand presentation standards. 

• 4. Online & Offline Sales Management

• Monitor walk-in customer handling and conversion.
• Oversee Instagram, WhatsApp, and online inquiry follow-ups.
• Ensure timely response to customer enquiries.
• Coordinate packing and dispatch for online orders.
• Track daily sales performance (offline + online).

• 5. Sales Follow-Up

• Maintain customer database.
• Follow up with interested customers and pending leads.
• Ensure repeat customer engagement.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.

• 6. Cash Counter Handling

• Supervise billing process.
• Handle daily cash collection and digital payments.
• Maintain billing accuracy.
• Prepare daily cash report and submit to management.
• Ensure proper POS system usage.
• 7. Stock Management

• Maintain daily stock entry and inventory records.
• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products.
• Coordinate stock inward and outward entries.
• Conduct regular stock audits.
• Prevent stock loss or damage.

• 8. Reporting & Accountability

• Submit daily sales and store performance report.
• Track targets vs achievements.
• Provide suggestions to improve sales and operations.
