Job Overview:The Sales Executive is responsible for driving membership sales, promoting gym services, and maintaining positive relationships with potential and existing members. This role requires strong communication, sales skills, and a passion for fitness.

Key Responsibilities:1. Membership Sales & Promotion:

• Actively generate and follow up on leads to increase membership sales.
• Conduct tours of the gym to showcase facilities and services.
• Explain membership options, pricing, and benefits to prospective members.
• Close sales by overcoming objections and providing solutions tailored to customer needs.

2. Customer Service & Retention:

• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential members.
• Assist members with inquiries about gym facilities, classes, and personal training services.
• Follow up with new and existing members to ensure satisfaction and retention.

3. Marketing & Outreach:

• Participate in community outreach, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
• Utilize social media and digital platforms to promote memberships and special offers.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses to generate leads and referrals.

4. Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and follow-ups in the system.
• Handle contracts, membership agreements, and payment processing.
• Stay updated on gym policies, promotions, and fitness trends.
• Qualifications & Skills:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven with a passion for fitness and health.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of gym equipment, training programs, and fitness trends is a plus.
