Job in brief: A sales executive is responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling product to them. They must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients. They will also need to stay ahead of their competition and work on sharpening and improving their skills by attending classes, seminars or workshops. investments assistance company giving services for mutual funds, tax saving options, sources for children’s higher education, health and general insurance plans and Work experience range: 0 Year to 01 Years Approximate Annual CTC Range : Rs 4 to 5Lac Per Annum (LPA).Final Salary will be decided on the matching of competencies Required Qualification: Any Graduate. Prefer to have National Institute of Securitas Market (NISM) Series Certification in Financial Planning Work Model: Work from Office and 6 days’ a week Role & Responsibilities: • Knowing client requirements well , need to know basic of sales process,negotiation,finding prospects, sharing quotes, technical and commercial negotiation, closing • Can give presentations ,influence customer about the financial product/services • Maintaining client relationships to ensure future sale • Maintaining sales record and order information and updating it into the system • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities • Stay updated with current trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products, attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job • Collect and analyse information and prepare sales reports Skills Required: • Need to know basic of sales process,negotiation,finding prospects, sharing quotes, technical and commercial negotiation, closing • Good Leadership , Self-motivated and driven by targets, proactive • Strong communication skills-both verbal and written • Time management Screening Questions: 1.
