-Conducting the Site Visit with alignment with the provided SOPs -Co-ordinating with the Pre-Sales for exact site visit status -Confirm with the Pre-Sales; have the prospect carried cheques while coming? -Referring to the Sales Meet Checklist before every meeting -Check: Are we equipped to keep children occupied during the meet? -Fraternising: Making the guest comfortable as soon as they reach on the site -Co-ordinating with the housekeeping staff for smooth execution of the site visit -Get the customer information form filled for further execution -Stick the plan (questions) while conducting the meeting -Note down the soft points of the family in every meet -Identifying the key decision-makers in the deal -Co-ordinating with the back office for making the site visit effective -Conducting the site tour -Closing deals in alignment with the organizational goal -To complete each meet in not more than 1.5 hrs without compromising on the process -Co-ordinating for the post-visit procedures -Giving prompt feedback to the Marketing head about the lead quality -Being the bridge between Pre-Sales-Sales-Post Sales documentation -Visiting the returned customer @ his home or @ his office
