Job Description
Role Clarity – Sales Manager Designation: Sales Manager Role Definition To ensure revenue generation and sales in the company. Responsibility Deliverables 1. Lead Generation 2. Work with team to help set and meet goals. 3. Reporting and recording all the meetings done with client, regular follow up, negotiation and closure of deal. 4. Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with the client. 5. Identifying and generating business through Channel Partner Task and Responsibility Lead Generation through: • Cold Calling • Feet on Street • Digital Marketing Work with team: • Motivating team by attending client meetings with them. • Training team on sales and help them become independent in closing deals Follow up History: • Understanding client requirement in writing • Sending proposals within 24 hours • Maintaining records of all the communication with the client. • Updating seniors immediately about the negotiations expected by the Client. • Never miss any follow up with the client and recording it. Establishing relationships with client: • To meet client on regular basis • Taking regular feedback from the client • Addressing his grievances on priority • Solicits and responds to feedback while gaining commitment and support Channel Partner: • Look for Channel partner through the network, social media, advertisement, etc. • Define fitness criteria for Channel Partner • Do his induction thoroughly • Attend meetings or lead with Channel Partner • Motivating him to bring in more business Measurement Metrics No. of Leads No. of Meetings No. of Feedbacks s
