The primary role of a Sales Officer would be, acquisition of customers for CASA (Current Account & Saving Account) from the local market and selling & cross selling banking & third party financial products, to them. He has to maintain a good relationship with new & existing customers and ensure all their queries and problems are resolved. He would ensure that all the banking norms and regulations are met in the process of acquisition & servicing. Objective Providing support to branch profitability by selling bank product – saving & current account through different acquisition channels in the catchment area. Responsibilities: Client Relationship II Lead Generation II Sales To acquire saving & current accounts for Resident / Non-resident Indians by meeting with customers digitally or in-person during sales visits. Demonstrating and presenting products. To make sure about the quality of newly acquired customers. Establishing new business. To source Fixed Deposits (FDs) for the existing as well as the new customers. To acquire more customers by doing cold calls, meeting walk-ins, associates, referrals from other customers, through emails, direct mails, ATMs etc. Develop a business strategy to ensure area sales growth. To give the best service to all the customers. Meeting productivity norms as defined through support of channels & own efforts. Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance. Adhere to the norms, regulations & practices of banks religiously and resolve customers` queries and problems. Maintaining accurate records. Key Tasks Cold calling and getting appointments Generating and maintaining database Understanding customer requirements Explaining the products as per requirement New customer acquisition and customer retention Resolving customers queries and problems Skill Set Honesty and Integrity. Hard and Smart working. Go getter attitude. Ability to convince and influence. Eligibility Age: 20-28. Any Graduate with 0-2 years of work experience in sales. Preferences Two wheeler with valid license. Job Location: Pune Salary: Between Rs.15000 to Rs.25000 per month with huge incentives.
