JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a creative, professional interior designer with 3+ years work experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet with clients to discuss their design needs and create proposals that meet those needs. ABOUT US B&A design studio has been on the interior design and architecture map in the country for the past 30 years. Under the guidance of Mr. Suntosh Baheti and his adroit vision, we have carved a niche for ourselves and we are advancing forward to set up new benchmarks in design. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Use professionally and academically accepted architectural and interior design tools(Autocad, Sketchup) for drafting of working drawings, interior/architectural detail drawings, furniture and service drawings. Write reports to summarize design performance and recommend solutions to the organization. Assist in preparing graphic representation of models for specified projects( Adobe Photoshop, Vray Rendering, Sketchup) Assist in developing plans, elevations, and details as well as merchandising drawings for new projects to present current trends to new markets. Work closely with designers, architects and contractors. Prepare detailed drawings for all interior works. Maintain current base drawings of each location in AutoCAD. Play a key role in execution of each project, till the final handover with solution oriented vision and outlook. Monitor progress, ensuring the project is moving along on schedule. (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions) Expertise in planning, colour theory, lighting design, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop & other design programs. Excellent portfolio of previous works Project management skills.
