Service Advisor is responsible for capturing customers demand and completion of all demanded repairs up to the customer’s satisfaction. 1. Service operations 1.1 Ensure speedy maintenance and repair of vehicles through clear identification of customers needs and accurate demanded repair understanding by using probing sheet 1.2 Ensure proper estimation for maintenance of the vehicle. 1.3 Ensure vehicle cleanliness through use of vehicle protection materials (seat covers, floor mats etc. 1.4 Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes in cost and completion times. 1.5 Ensure clear and precise service invoices that shows parts, labour and lubricant charges 1.6 Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints as per promised time 1.7 Ensure all customer vehicles are clean and ready according to the promised delivery time 1.8 Conduct post service follow-up after 3 days of vehicles delivery to check customer’s satisfaction. 1.9 Get customer approval for the service t be carried out on the vehicle Ensure smooth transaction during the service process Education- Diploma In Auto,Mech Bachelor In Mech Eng Or Bachelor In Automobile Age- 20-45
