Job description / Checklist for SMRE 1. Calling to customers for scheduling service appointment of 4 wheeler vehicles 2. Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call 3. Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company 4. Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes 5. Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input 6. Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated Requirements 1. Any (Diploma / Graduate) with Min. 1+ year of (Tele calling / Voice Process) experience. 2. Fresher’s with Fluent spoken English may apply directly. 3. Pleasant personality and fluent spoken English language required. 4. Age: Upto 30 years. 5. Basic MS Office (Excel, Word) knowledge required 6. Salary (monthly): Rs. 10,000/- to 15,000/- (negotiable) 7. Office Timing: 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).
