Salesforce Administrator that is more functional in nature and can elicit requirements from the business and produce functional specifications while being able to communicate effectively with the development team.

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce BSA, Business Systems Analyst, or IT Functional Lead.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical and functional documentation.
Strong experience producing functional specifications, user stories, and use case–based test documentation.
Hands-on Salesforce functional experience.
Excellent communication skills with both business stakeholders and development teams.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
Ability to align working hours to support collaboration with a U.S. West Coast (California) business team, with availability through at least noon PST.
