Job Profile: Proposals Engineer                                                                          Job Description:  We are looking for a young, dynamic candidate for the position of Proposals Engineer in Pune. Candidates should be from an Electronics or Instrumentation background and expected to have basic knowledge of PLC, DCS, Networking & Electronics. Candidates must have excellent communication skills to maintain an excellent customer service level. Most importantly, a person possessing a hands-on attitude rising to the challenges of a competitive market, a self-motivated achiever, who is result-oriented person with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. No field visit for this profile. Salary + Incentive will be given. Half salary will be deducted as training cost. Responsibilities: Technical Solutions II Customer Acquisition • Understand a customer’s requirements to recommend customized product and engineering solutions • Meet customers and deliver technical presentations to highlight how a product/service meets their requirements and generate leads • Develop a sales pipeline, handle sales inquiries, and negotiate orders to achieve sales targets • Provide pre- and post-sales support to build customer relationships and encourage repeat business, referrals etc.
