Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Executive
Location: [Narayan peth, Pune
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller – Loan Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain loan products to customers, and generate leads. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products
Handle inbound inquiries related to loans
Generate and qualify leads for personal/business loans
Maintain customer database and follow up regularly
Assist customers with documentation and application process
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in telecalling or sales (loan/finance preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.)
Ability to work under targets
Basic computer knowledge
