Job Description

1. Managing Sales and Purchase billing in Tally / Zoho 2. Managing Various Tax Returns with help of our appointed consultant. 3. Maintaining CRM system and vendor data. 4. Should have understanding of Project billing 5. Coordinating for payment collections 6. Handling banking activities and other field work related to accounts. 7. Responsible for all payments such as salaries, Vendor payments, statutory liabilities, utilities, etc. 8. Responsible for Account Payable & Receivable. Expenses/conveyance management & their Payment. Books Management in Tally/Zoho. Vouching. 9. Should be Good in M/S office and Other internet applications. 10. Should be good in communication skills & Convincing skills- Phone / Email and In person. 11. Responsible for logistics, payments, maintenance of the showroom etc.
